Giveaway — Official Rules
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances.
These rules sit alongside our Terms of Service, which govern the server, this website and anything you buy from us. Where the two conflict on the giveaway, these rules win.
1. Prize
$1,000 USD in cash, paid to one winner by electronic transfer. No substitution or transfer of the prize, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
2. How to enter
Submit your mobile number on apex-mc.net during the promotion period and tick the consent and age boxes. One entry per person. Joining our Discord adds one bonus entry. Maximum two entries per person. You do not have to enter the draw to play on the server, and you do not have to buy anything.
3. The draw
When the server reaches 100 unique players, one winner is drawn at random, live in the APEX Discord.
4. Eligibility
Open to players aged 13 and over. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission, and the prize will be paid to the parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. Our staff, contractors and their immediate families may not win.
5. Payment
The prize is paid electronically, and the payment provider we use may require account holders to be 18 or older. A winner under 18 must therefore nominate a parent or guardian to receive the payment on their behalf.
6. Claiming
We will contact the winner in Discord. If a winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or does not claim within 14 days, we may redraw.
7. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any tax on the prize. We recommend getting independent advice.
8. Void where prohibited
If a promotion of this kind is restricted or requires a permit where you live, this offer is not open to you.
9. Changes and cancellation
We may cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway if it cannot run as planned — including because of technical failure, fraud, or any cause outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not recorded.
